I had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in the heart of the historic district. The room had a unique design with windows facing the hall, giving it a store display feel. It was surprisingly quiet, even though there were no windows looking outside. The location was perfect, right on the plaza and close to all the major attractions in Veracruz. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I felt well taken care of during my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its charm, cleanliness, and convenient location.

The Hotel Imperial is a true treasure, steeped in history and beautiful architecture. Standing on the balcony where Emperor Maximilian and Marie Charlotte once stood is truly a remarkable experience. The rates are incredibly affordable, making it a great choice for budget-conscious travelers. The location couldn't be better - right in the heart of the city, close to major attractions like the naval museum. You'll find yourself literally in the center of all the action!
All in all, this hotel was perfect and left little to be desired.

We loved that the hotel was right in the center of the city, next to the main square and across from the beautiful cathedral. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, and our room was spotless. The staff was extremely helpful and provided us with great recommendations for places to eat and visit. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the convenient parking garage in the back. The location was perfect for exploring the city's major attractions, such as the naval museum.
Can't think of anything.

We stayed here during Thanksgiving and had a good experience. The hotel has a great location right in the middle of the town square, with live music and dancing every evening. The staff was friendly and polite, and they provided us with two complementary facts that made our stay more enjoyable. We liked the gym and the pool, which were both clean and well-maintained. It was nice to have these amenities available during our stay.
While the hotel has its charms, there were some aspects that we didn't enjoy quite as much. The room we stayed in was a bit shabby and outdated, and the view from our window wasn't great.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the colonial section of the city. It was situated right on the zocalo, across the square from the Cathedral. This allowed for easy walkability to various attractions in the area.
The hotel building itself is quite old and in need of repairs. Although they made some attempts, it was evident that the building required more maintenance.

As a woman traveling alone, I loved the location of the hotel in the heart of the colonial city. The walkability and proximity to attractions made it convenient. The hotel itself had a parking garage, a cool and comfortable room with great AC, and a beautiful lobby and ancient elevator.
Felt lucky, nothing too much trouble.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable double beds and a nice bathroom. The AC worked well, and the manager was very helpful when I needed to change rooms because of a noisy AC unit outside my window. The location was perfect, with restaurants and attractions nearby. The staff, including the manager and receptionists, were friendly and went out of their way to assist me. They even locked up my valuables while I went out for the day. I highly recommend staying here.
The only thing that could have been better was the hotel breakfast.
